Broadstone Realty, Unity at Ridgeway
​
Interior Designer for a new stand alone Medical Office Building located on Ridgeway Avenue in the Town of Greece, New York. The 123,230 square foot four-story masonry building is situated on a fully wooded 18-acre parcel. The site is adjacent to the historic Erie Canal which helped springboard the concept design for the building aesthetic. The project has achieved LEED Silver Certification with the United States Green Building Council.

TD Bank Corporate Office

Interior Designer that provided design and construction phase services for this accelerated project which renovated an existing three story 92,000 SF building, incorporated new furniture and finish standards and moved 400 people into the building within five months. The building is primarily designed for the client’s design & construction team. Bergmann Associates designed a variety of spaces including individual work stations, teaming and collaboration areas, flexible conference rooms, employee break rooms and café’s. Teaming and collaboration was a primary goal of the design team.

DeWitt Fire District Station Redevelopment
​
Interior Designer that provided design development, construction documentation and construction administration support. The 30,000 SF, $8 million project involved redevelopment of the existing fire station site as well a neighboring commercial building and parking lot. This exciting complete station replacement project was dedicated in June 2008.
Recognition:
2008 Station Style Gold Award for volunteer or combined facilities by Fire Chief magazine as well as the highest design award offered at the 2008 FIERO conference.
